Today I will be successful. I finally had one good day. Yesterday. I know that one good day can lead to another and another and another.
I am going home to Alabama tomorrow and although it is a little scary for me because of all the good food that is there...I have had a good experience with vacation and diet/exercise before so I know I can keep it together. I just have to keep the mind set that I have now. To be successful. I also have to realize that unhealthy foods and no exercise is what got me to the weight I am now.
I just have to plan ahead. Exercise. I will be on the beach at a hotel that has a gym. There is no excuse. I can eat grilled fish instead of fried. One exception will be Pink Pony Oyster PoBoy. I will stay away from ice cream and fried potatoes and chips. Alcohol will stay at a minimum. Water drinking will be at a maximum.
So that is my overall plan. I will make it more specific as we travel from Wisconsin to Alabama. Maybe make a chart of goals like I read on one Sparkers page yesterday.
Wish me luck. I weigh in tmw before we leave. I hope to maintain my weightloss through out the vacation.
