My "plateau point" is 160 pounds. I've been here MANY times before, and I decided I was going to make a big effort to break it. My spark people starting weight was 160 pounds, with a goal of 145 (I'm 5'8, this isn't unrealistic). Last week I weighed in at 159. Even if it was just one pound a week I was hoping for changes. Well, after a week of eating well and getting plenty of exercise, I'm up two pounds to 161. Not cool. I don't know why it's so incredibly difficult for my body to get under 160 but it is. Discouraging.
Also discouraging is I sunburned my chest/stomach on Friday, and haven't been able to do much since then. It's the second worse sunburn I've ever had and I've got a couple blisters. Not cool, stupidity on my part, but I'm waiting for blisters to heal before I run and clothes rub on me, etc. So I've been going on walking, but no runs which is a bummer.
