One week review

Wow!!! A friend was talking to me about this site he was using to help with weight loss. I asked him what it was and now I'm hooked. Been here a week now and being the analytical type, I love it!!! I’m the type that can’t get enough information, so when I “SEE” the nutritional value of the foods I’m eating and the caloric effects of the exercise I’m doing, I’m in heaven.

I think I was at my heaviest last summer (’06) when I got married (~225lbs.). It was the wedding photos that made it hit home that I REALLY needed to loose weight. I knew I did all along but seeing photographs of oneself can really be a slap in the face. I cut back on my toasted marshmallow mochas and that helped quite a bit. I dropped to 204lbs just before the New Year but had gained a little bit back after that. I was stuck. Can’t imagine why since I never exercised.

Well, after starting up here last week at ~210lbs. I know I’m going to make it work.
