I have been on a journey since May of 2004. During the first year I dropped 49lbs through WW. I then had a finacial setback and quit. I then joined a free Biggest Loser challenge and lost an addition 24lbs that put me at 266 from my heaviest 341. I was then hospitalized with cellulitis and was told to take it easy. Well since that I have been hospitalized 2 more times once for cellulitis and the next for asthma. In between all that I have really wanted to lose the weight but as the years go by it gets tougher. I have damaged my right knee during a cardio kickboxing lesson at a gym and never went back. I have had a tough time with motivation and staying within my calories. I DON'T WANT A PITY PARTY PLEASE! I am basically writing for help and information. I would like sample daily plans of eating from you. What did you eat throughout the day that gave you success with a 1500 calorie a day range. Please keep in mind I do not do fish/seafood or mushrooms. I am desperate for this. Thanks.
