I've started the Michael Thurmond 6 day plan again to lose the last 10 lbs. I lost the first 40 by doing it four times over four years. I was amazed this morning how well rested I felt after eating so clean the day before and I just went a little over my calorie limit on Spark. It was because of those darned fresh cherries in the fridge so I'm ok with it!
So today, I've hit the afternoon and after eating my breakfast, snack, lunch and snack, I'm already thinking geeze, enough chewing already! The food is so good. I prepped it up yesterday so I'm just heating up foods and assembling meals. It makes it so much easier that way.
This time I will do it. I will lose the last ten pounds. FOREVER!
