I'm at the point in my weight loss journey where the pounds aren't coming off as quickly as they did in the past and for the first time in all my years of dieting, it doesn't bother me. Maybe because this time, I'm not dieting; I'm fundamentally changing my relationship with food and exercise. I don't know how or why sparkpeople is different, but it is. I feel like in some way, my brain has been reprogrammed. I'm not sure why I'm posting this, but I felt the need to. Maybe it's a message to those of you who are doubting this can work; I'm here to promise you that it does.
