Slight progress

Finally the scale budged!! I've been trying to get out of the 130's for a few months and I hit 129. Not much below, but its significant enough for me because I don't want to go back up. I haven't gone food shopping yet this week and am out of pretty much all my healthy lunches and fruit, wheat bread etc. Rather than not have anything I opted for Wheatena on this already sweltering morning, lol! With only one Tbs of butter it's kind of yucky but I know it will fill me up and not have me wanting to munch mindlessly through this boring meeting I have this morning. This afternoon I WILL make the time to walk on lunch and I will try really hard to make the time to bike or do the Wii this evening...go to keep it going!!
