I so missed going to the gym the last couple of days. Today went well. I did spinning for 30 minutes and did a full body workout. My knee did not hurt as much, which I was able to work out. I am happy that I lost 2 pound and got back on track. I found out just keeping with the nutrition plan I still lost weight. It felt good. I will stay close to the nutrition plan. Thanks for listening.
