This morning I talked about how I did on Sunday the 5th because it was still Sunday for me even though it was 3 AM on Monday the 6th. So this is how I did for Monday. I planned ahead. Everything on my tracker was nutritious, no junk food. I only ate what I planned out. I still have one snack to go. I don't know if I'll get it in or not because I don't feel hungry and I am going to bed soon. Oh yes, I got in 98 grams of protein. I'm going to plan my meals for tomorrow and get to sleep.
