Several of my RFML teammates have gotten off their lovely, shapely a$$es and gotten back on the ol' wagon today.
I am DELIGHTED to say that I've joined the wagon train. Today, I have stayed within my range, I drank water, and I did 100 squats.
Tomorrow, I'm aiming for 150 squats.
I think I'm going to just do a day-at-a-time challenge for myself. Just from one lunchtime to the next. It seems that if I start a challenge in mornings, my evenings get all crappy and bad. But if I give myself a chance to think, starting at lunchtime is good for me.
I am not making much sense. I just taught for several hours, and I used up all my words, I think. Sigh.
So -- anybody with me? Can you make it for 24 hours on the wagon?
