No loss last week

No big surprise...I didn't lose anything last week. If you don't do the work, it ain't gonna work. That was the kick I needed. Now I am back on track. Went for 2 x 30 minute walks to burn almost 500 calories today. Drinking my water, eating my veggies/fruit, and feeling much better. Here's to better days ahead!
