I am going to try to blog daily on eating, exercising and daily activities to keep on track. I have never blogged before but hope this helps. I started this process over again last week at my highest weight ever. Sort of sad that I gained more weight over the last few months. But here I go hopefully or the final time.
This last weekend I had a garage sale and spent 5 hours at the amusement park/water park
w/ my kids. Did OK on eating but need to do better.
Today was to hot to be outside but planning to head back to the water-park tomorrow w/ kids. Hoping the exercise around the park will help. :)
Hoping this week to lose a few more pounds and not step on the scale again until next Monday. Also keep portions down with my meals. Wish me luck!!
