I was pleasantly surprised when I stepped on the scale yesterday morning to see that I had dropped 2 lbs, instead of gaining the extra 5 lbs I assumed I would gain after "falling off the wagon" last week! That was all the motivation I needed for getting back on track, but I so appreciate all the comments and encouraging words from others. Also, with the sun finally shining in my neck of the woods, I shouldn't have any excuse for not getting outside and walking more.
