I did not have a loss last week, but I really can't be too disappointed because I went running FOUR TIMES!! And all four were outdoors! We go again tomorrow, starting week 2 of C25k. I'm hoping we get to the point where we can run non-stop for 25 minutes before I leave for Pullman, but I won't be too upset if we don't. Either way, I'll have come a long way! I'm signing up for a 5k in August, and another one in October, as soon as signups start. I'm very excited :)
We realized that there is a gorgeous trail near our new house, and it's a 2 minute walk away! I don't know if it is paved or gravel, so it will decide for me when I do my runs. I'm hoping it's paved so I can bring Damien in the jogger; makes my life a little easier!
We should get the lease in the mail today...very excited!!!
Also, have my final meds appointment today. Hoping my dr is happy with what I'm taking now, since I'm going to have a new doctor as of next month!
Meal plan for 6/7 - 6/13:
Wednesday: chicken and dumplings (yum!)
Friday: cottage pie
Monday: spaghetti with meat sauce
