Doing the HAPPY dance!!

So I have been SERIOUSLY FOCUSED on my strength training emoticon
for about 1 week now and I am ALREADY seeing results!! emoticon

My emoticon (Withing scale that calculates BF, LMM & total weight) recorded 115lbs of Lean Muscle Mass today!!

emoticon WHAT WHAT WHAAAAT?

emoticon Yepper... 115lbs of moi (AKA Yours truly) is muscle.

I never realized how easily and quickly I could put on muscle doing emoticon emoticon

GO HEAVY OR GO HOME!! That is my motto! Sooo, I did 3 sets of 15 reps of Deadlifts, Overhead Press, Bicep Curls, Bent Over Rows & Squats with a 22lb emoticon!!

WOOT WOOT!! emoticon

And ALL of that was just a 20 minute warm before I did the 60 minute Kickboxing emoticon class!

I love this feeling! emoticon emoticon
