So I have been SERIOUSLY FOCUSED on my strength training
for about 1 week now and I am ALREADY seeing results!!
(Withing scale that calculates BF, LMM & total weight) recorded 115lbs of Lean Muscle Mass today!!
WHAT WHAT WHAAAAT?
Yepper... 115lbs of moi (AKA Yours truly) is muscle.
I never realized how easily and quickly I could put on muscle doing
GO HEAVY OR GO HOME!! That is my motto! Sooo, I did 3 sets of 15 reps of Deadlifts, Overhead Press, Bicep Curls, Bent Over Rows & Squats with a 22lb
And ALL of that was just a 20 minute warm before I did the 60 minute Kickboxing
I love this feeling!
