I really need to stick with this lifestyle change. Workout everyday. Eat smaller portions and keep track of what I eat.
No more fast food for every meal. No more skipping workouts.
I need to focus on getting my body back in shape. I've gained 30 lbs this past semester and the extra weight around my tummy is driving me mad. I have a lot less self-confidence than I did last year, and if I want to succeed in my new job, I want to feel the best about myself as I possibly can.
