Today is the end of Week #1 of the UV Project Challenge and here are my results:
6/1 Brazil Butt Lift: 60 min.
6/2 Brazil Butt Lift: 55 min.
6/3 Brazil Butt Lift: 60 min.
6/4 Brazil Butt Lift: 65 min.
6/5 Brazil Butt Lift: 95 min.
Rest Day.......went for a walk with "the furry girls"
Total: 335 min.
I tracked my food everday on the Food Tracker.....even the items I didn't want to track....ate a minimum of 5
......some days I even ate more!!
Drinking water isn't a problem for me and this week I did great!!

I went to self.com/fitness to read a Fitness Article. I ended up finding a new fitness website and discovered that the fitness coaches, Katrina and Karena, had an article in the June issue of Self...."3 Steps to Your Best Summer Body" so I read the article. It inspired me so much that I ordered their two workout DVDs....like I really need more.....I have enough workout DVDs to open my own store!! But.....I can't wait to get them!!!
I really enjoyed the first week of this Challenge and there are many more weeks to follow. Can't wait to find out what my next assignment will be.
By the end of summer I should look like this........
