6/4 day 6 on menu
Today eat lunch & dinner late. Went to an Alpaca farm to check out the alpacas. Bought a bench rug made out of alpaca fur. It should cushion my wooden swing. The owner was telling me that half the herd was owned by many different owners that board their alpaca there. It was really interesting. The cost of purchasing one can cost up to $5,000. Way out of my league.
B - Breakfast Tacos & Grapefruit - I didn't feel like cooking so I had my usual Cheerios, Pumpkin Flaxseed Granola, and a banana with rice milk. Big cup of coffee.
L - Burgers & sweet Potato Fries - I finished up the stir fry in a collard wrap. The stir fry is really good as a leftover(nice and moist and nutty)
D- E2 basic Starter Salad & Meatloaf w/Steamed Broccoli - I was going to 1/2 it, but decided to make the whole thing because I didn't have a recipe for the other 1/2 of tofu. Well I didn't have enough celery. Plan B - Portobella Mushroom Burger & Sweet Potato Fries. I think this is so good. In fact I like the portobella better then the veggie burgers. And sweet potato fries - I don't know anything better than that.
Dessert - Chocolate Mousse. Would have loved to make this but it was 9:30 - so finished the leftover E2 lime mousse w/ a strawberry. Yummmm
It was a full day. I'm never hungry at night like I usually am and I don't crave sweet things. Maybe the E2 desserts are working.
I haven't notice any weight loss, but I feel healthier.
