Good Sunday Sparkfam! What a beautiful day to be in the land of the living! Despite my aches & pains & the stress of two sons graduating from 8th & 12th grade, I thank the Lord I'm still alive!! WOOHOOO!! So yesterday I ate loads of junk food well what's loads to me: red vines, donut holes & Dots. I just sampled & sampled until I had a portion of all of them. So that was good but still bad.
Today, I am recovering, I ate my raisin bran with 1%milk, dannon blueberry yogurt, had 1serv of donut holes, orange juice & grapefruit juice. Dinner tonight will be salmon & baked chicken, corn on cob & sweet potatoes. Which is a lot better & healthier for me.
Today's workout is walking, jillian michael & push pull weight workout. What are you doing to be better today than yesterday?
