I have been kind of low on energy lately and the back problem has really been rearing its ugly head. I sat down and talked to my coach yesterday and am going to back of of my training just a bit. I am going to continue with my Jiu Jitsu on my normal schedule, but I am only going to MMA practice on days where I feel up to it, probably once or twice per week. This will mean setting out my fight date beyond the July goal that I had, but I think ratcheting up my training more slowly will give me better odds of success.
