June goals

Ok, so it's June 4th and I'm just starting my June goals. Truth is though, I've been at this for over a year, and it is the first time I've set monthly goals (or even attempted them) I really don't know where to start.

Just start, Amy. Just start.

Exercise: Seriously something. Everyday, do something. No time goals for this month. This month is just about beginning to move again on a regular basis.

Water: Continue 8 glasses or more a day, every day, without fail.

Food: Track the food everyday. Everyday. No cheating. When I cheat, I'm only lying to myself, which is completely stupid. I know what I ate. Track it. Also, continue to cook healthy meals for the family. Limit fast food as much as humanly possible.

Weight-loss: Lose 15 pounds by July 1st.

Sparking: take time EVERY day to read blogs. They mean a huge deal to my motivation.

God-time: Increase it!!! More time reading and more time praying!

House- and garden-work: everyday, without fail, take care of what God has given me.

Ok, so this wasn't as bad as I imagined. Next time maybe I can make specific goals instead of easy generalizations.
