I am down 1.8 as of this morning. I will take it!
Ok, so on Monday I posted pics & measurements. Now I need to get my goals down on paper, er computer
My first short term goal is to lose 15lbs by my birthday the end of next month. I think I will be weighing in on Wednesdays from now on. So that would put me at weeks from today if I weighed in on Saturdays. It's totally doable! Just need to kick my exercise up a notch and be consistent as well as eat within my calorie range. I hate counting calories so that's definitely a challenge. I will update my Sparkpage to reflect my short term, middle term and long term goals for weight loss.
I'm happy to have a plan of attack to attack the fat
