No, I did not work out that first morning (thursday). Turns out my new alarm clock, you don't press the alarm button, you hold it down to set it. So I woke up in time for work, but no workout.
I did workout this morning though. And I have been hungry all day and have had a headache for the entire afternoon, as well as zero energy. So how does that work? Is it the workout? Is it something else? I'm not so sure, but I don't like it.
I've decided the month of June I'm going to do the Biggest Loser Cardio Max DVD, on week day mornings. My body needs it.
Tomorrow I've got a wedding at my alma mater, and Sunday I've got a 5k race with my high school girlfriends! Woohoo! I have no idea how I'll do. But I've already done a 5k before, so I'm excited to get another one done! I am signed up for one in a few weeks on a Friday night as well. So by the end of the June, I'll be over half way towards my New Years Resolution of doing 5 - 5ks in 2011, with half the year left! I'm hoping my foot will be good this fall so I can maybe train for a 10 k, and next year I'm hoping to do a half marathon.
I like to space out my goals. For work I told a coworker I'd like to be a Division Manager by the time I'm 30, so I've got 7 years. And in reality that kind of jump will probably take 4-5 years. But I like the buffer. It allows for whatever is going to happen happen. Same as the idea of marriage goals. Don't worry, I'm not putting too much stress on the age 30. It'll be okay.
That being said, living alone in a town where I pretty much know no one, stinks. I have people I can call in an emergency, I just don't have anyone that excepts to hang out with me on the weekends. Hence the traveling plans for this weekend.
