back to working out

well, i got sick in january and planned on getting back on track in february but that didn't happen. an episode of depression hit me and i'm just now coming out of it. i tried to talk myself into exercising during the past few months but i couldn't muster up the energy/motivation to do anything until today. i walked for 20 minutes and ran for 10 minutes! i hope the depression stays away for long time.....

    I had a health problem that started in October of last year and got real bad in January and I had to quit yoga and all other exercises. As of April I am much better but still have not started back, and I really miss yoga. But, I got so far behind in every area of my life when I was sick that I don't have time as of yet. Even as I am typing this I know that I should start with at least 20 minutes of yoga every day to get back on track. One thing I am doing is a lot of gardening.

    I know exactly how you are feeling, I have been there myself! You can do it! I am so glad you are back out on the other side of that dark tunnel. Congratulations on getting back out there and exercising! I'm rooting for you and also hope the depression stays away for good!
