I started to struggle with my exercise when it got cold (about March). I really don't like the cold! It land-slided into a whole bunch of poor choices that were much easier but contrary to what I've been trying to do which is live a healthy lifestyle. I didn't give up though. I kept trying and retrying to get back to where I was in my mind about this lifestyle and my commitment to it. I usually gave up right after lunch every day. But still I kept trying and never felt like I was done. I just refused to give up on it.
Well, i made it through. I put together a great plan full of strength training and cardio. I feel completely different like I'm back to my old self. I've been working out, eating well, tracking everything. I'm super excited to get to the grocery store today to stock up on all my healthy stand bys!
The great thing is that I know if I don't give up I can get back on track. I may slip up but I can get back here without stopping and gaining everything back plus. What a great discovery!
