I have joined the REVOLUTION 100 Day Challenge. Along with working on my healthy eating and exercising, these are the goals for the first ten days:

Day 1 Weigh in/Clean out pantry & refrigerator
Day 2 List reasons you have given up before
Day 3 List reasons you will not give up this time
Day 4 Post something inspirational (Quote, photo, song lyrics)
Day 5 Go to bed early
Day 6 Drink an extra 8 ounces of water
Day 7 Try a new fitness activity
Day 8 Try a new healthy food
Day 9 Identify something you like about your body
Day 10 Examine phase 1 victories
For Day 1 (yesterday), I weighed myself and cleaned out my pantry and fridge.
For Day 2 (today), I am supposed to list reasons I have given up before. I've been thinking about it since I knew this was one of the tasks for the challenge. I'm just going to make a list here of all I can think of right now, and it should cover most things.
-not planning ahead for exercise or eating
-not liking many healthy foods
-not knowing how to cook very well
-not setting specific goals
-not having enough time, too busy
-eating when not hungry (emotional eating, etc.)
That's 2 days down, and 98 to go! I'm looking forward to it. I think it will be a very helpful challenge.
