This morning I blogged about my wt loss challenge with my DH. Well, today I was okay until lunch time then it went all down. I ate like crazy and after dinner, I wanted to eat something sweet so, my DH made chocolate chip cookies. Isn't that crazy or what?!
It's only 2nd day of our challenge and we are bad influence to each other. That's not the way. I will win and he will win too. I need to be strong so that we both can make a healthy choice on food and need to be more serious about this challenge.
Solution: A new diet & a new exercise regimen
* 5 meals a day(50 P:20 C:30 F)
* one healthy splurge meal a week
* Low intensity cardio
* 3 times a week heavy lift
Keep eyes on goal=> a sexy hot wife
