Reporting on my accomplishments from yesterday:
1. 10 minutes of exercise a day, every day
Week 1 Day 1: 40 minutes
2. 15 minutes of meditation every morning
Week 1 Day 1: done
3. Find one way every day to take the long way or do it the hard way
Week 1 Day 1: Took the long way through the garage so I could walk up the stairs to the first floor before I got on the elevator
4. Let chaos reign!! Don't take life so serious!
