Backwards progress requires a kick in the butt...literally!

Ok, so a holiday weekend got in the way of progress, at least for me. I didn't document anything over the weekend. Between the parties and other activities, there wasn't much time to get on the internet while at the campground. So the result of that is that I GAINED a pound. BIG KICK IN THE BUTT #1

My glucose readings have been higher than they should be...attrituted to imbibing in things that I normally would pass up, but what the hay, it was a holiday weekend. I know, no excuse. BIG KICK IN THE BUTT #2

All I can do is work harder this week to take off that pound in addition to maybe another one or two. No more kicks in the butt, I won't be able to sit!

On the high side, I did finally get myself a pedometer. It shows steps, miles, time, and holds 7 days worth of readings. Plus, you can program it to match your stride, and it automatically switches from walking to running to calculate calories burned. Only $14.77 at Wal-Mart.

Ok, back to work.
