Swimming Weather

I'm so happy that Summer has arrived! I love swimming and I have a back yard above ground pool.I go out and jog around it for 30 minutes.{ inside in the water :) }I also do squats,sit-ups using a noodle,and swim. My scale has been on the same 3 numbers for months now and I still want to lose 30 more pounds. I'm pleased not to gain but wonder why I stopped losing.Summer is great for walking also because lots more daylight time.I LOVE SUMMER!!
