Today I crossed 10,000 fitness minutes. In less than 7 months, through 2 week long vacations, 2 weekend roadtrips, 2 major holidays, 5 birthday celebrations including cake, 15 barefoot inducing blisters, and 3 pairs of workout shoes, I crossed 10,000 fitness minutes.
Through one ruined Richard Simmons Party off the pounds DVD, 6 treadmill lubings, 600 cups of water, 37 total inches lost between waist/hips/chest, and 74 pounds bid adieu, I crossed 10,000 fitness minutes.
Through infinate excuses, 205 missed opportunities to sleep in, one tae bo DVD, one early 90's work your buns off DVD, Sweatin' to the Oldies 1 thru 4, 13 walks downtown to shop at the farmer's market, 3 days per week getting my Strenth training on, and 113 miles wogged in front of the TV instead of couch surfing, I crossed 10,000 fitness minutes.
In case you can't tell...I'm pretty proud of me right now.
