New month, new plan!

It looks like following Big Lunch yesterday resulted in a 0.4lb scale loss between yesterday morning and this morning. That's always nice.

Yesterday's food:
Breakfast: organic fair trade decaf coffee w/ a splash of organic half & half
Lunch: TGIFiday's California Club sandwich, Dare whippet cookies (7)
Dinner: 10 asparagus spears, 1tsp olive oil, 1.5 cups lettuce salad, 1.5T organic yogurt & salsa dressing

TOTALS for the day: 1,423 cals; 194g carbs; 47g fat; 68g protein, 7g fiber

Okay, so I have a new plan to follow through June 12th. I call it the Easy Food List Diet, and I have all the details of it on my blog here: havingfunandlosingweight

My official beginning weight for this leg of my journey is 285.4, 1 lb higher than the lowest I reached during the Big Lunch adventure, but a full 7.2lbs LOWER than when I began the Big Lunch adventure on May 14th. So, that's the official net loss for that technique. We'll see where the scale gets to in the next few days following my new plan.

So, here we go on another leg of this Grand Experiment and Excellent Adventure in The Joys of Losing Weight!
