28 Day Shred Day 1

Well, I'm at it again.

As most of you know, I've attempted a 30 day shred before, and now that I'm settled into a routine at work, I've decided to take a jab at it again.

I've gotten kind of lazy with the exercising thing, and I thought it would be enough to just clean for 8 hours, and that worked out great for like the first week. However, it turns out that I need to do some actual cardio besides being on my feet all night.

So what does that mean? It means that I got the Jillian Michaels videos out again. This is where you wonder about why the title of the blog only says 28 days....

Well, I leave for vacation on the 28th of June and there's not going to be any time since I'll be in the car for most of the trip. What can 2 days hurt anyway? So up until then, I shall do a 30DS work out video everyday. I'll probably do 9 days of each level and then one day of whatever level I want. Not sure yet about that, but we'll see when we get there.

So, I took my measurements and such and here's what I started out at:

Weight: 221
Waist: 41.5
Arm: 15
Hips: 43
Thigh: 29.5
Calves: 18

I can tell I've lost some muscle since I burned out the last time, so hopefully I'll gain some back! :)

The workout was a tad rough, but I made it through just fine. Sure went better than the first time I tried doing it!

  I'm brand new to spark and just started the 30day shred 2 days ago (I'm on day 3). I've never done it before but I am hoping it will help me kick start some weight loss. Did you have success with it before?

I'm willing to be a "work out buddy" if you are interested.
