Ha ha...I love the "tomorrow it could be up again". Finally being able to weigh myself on my home scale has been the devil in disguise! I weighed in this morning looking as if I'm down another pound, but tomorrow is my weigh in day, so I'll see what tomorrow brings. Probably a whole lotta water weight...haha
If you are eating healthier and exercising more...it's all worth it, no matter if there is a pound lost. You are creating a healthier you!!
