last 10 lbs...

the last 10 lbs are stuck! do I need to 100% cut sugar/ wheat etc to loose it ?? ugh I work out 3-4 x a week already and most meals are healthy with in range...

I also wonder if my body is storing the last lbs since I am still breast feeding...any tips for me?? i

    You may want to hold off until you are done breast feeding. The baby needs the nutrients as well and your body knows it. I would wait and see what happens when you are done.

    The last few pounds are the most difficult to lose! I'm 4 lbs. away from my goal weight, and I'm only losing 1 lb. every OTHER month!It does not seem to matter if I increase my exercise or tweak my diet, my body is just stubborn about letting go of the fat.
