As "The Proving Grounds" come to an end, it's time to reflect on where we are now and where we want to go.
Where I am now-
My current stats
-are important because it helps us see the bigger picture. Some times the scale is at a standstill but that doesn't mean our bodies are!
So we need to keep track!

1. Chest= 36
2. Calf= 17
3. Thighs= 26
4. Upper Arm= 12 7/8
5. Hips= 47
6. Waist (right above navel)= 36

And start thinking about how you will take on the next 3 months. Sure, we are going to be hot, sweaty, and vulnerable to unhealthy food choices.
It's summer. It's vacation time. Don't let this get in your way! Focus on the awesomeness of YOU!
My biggest summer weakness is icecream! I am a sucker for the sweet treat and I know I need to measure it out and plan my calories accordingly =)
Getting fit and feeling SEXY is important to me because I hate watching my life pass me by. I told myself when I was 16 I would be in shape before my high school graduation and 11 years later I'm still battling this weight.
And last but not least- what do you want to accomplish over the next 3 months? Tell us at least one fitness related goal-(anything goes!)
---I want to fit into this BCBG dress I bought last September, so I need to melt some fat from my thighs!
