Water IS the exercise program

I am sure that most of you have figured this out by now, but it finally dawned on me why there is so much about making sure you drink at least 8 8oz glasses of water a day. It is the only way to ENSURE you get in exercise for the day. This thought hit me on what seems to be my hourly trip to the ladies room. I have not had the water hit me this bad in a long time. I really need to get my pedometer out and find out what that trip is taking! I bet I will be at 10,000 steps a day thanks to this little added "bonus". Well, at least I know the ladies room is clean on our floor. Maybe it was a good idea to wait until I was off of the cain to get back in the swing of things.
Well, here is to flushing out the old system!
