Third Time Is A Charm, Right?

Here I go again! Back for round three trying to get healthy, only this time I have two friends to workout with. We are meeting three times a week at a local church that has fitness equipment for use by their members and guests. Due to how far I live from the church, I am only going to be able to go on days I have to be in town any way. Guess I should drag out the Nordic Trac for the other days, since it is too hot to walk outside now, not to mention those darn gnats! :) I am doing laundry, and drinking my water, may drag out ski machine, and I need to plan some healthy snacks to take to our daughter's ball game. Ya'll have a Blessed and healthy day!

    Not too general for me, just starting back...exercise three times a week, (strength and cardio 3-6 times a week) Drink water, (which I drink lots any way) pack healthy snacks. Good start. :) oh, and never give up.....looks like I have in the past, I think I will call it an extended ;)

    I am on my 3rd time at SparkPeople too. The fact that you keep coming back just means that you care about your health, and that you don't give up!
