10,000 day two

This is an old picture because I have not taken the time to figure out how to put pictures from my camera phone to the computer.
I have not met my goal of straightening my bulletin board
I have not been walking 10,000 steps a day which would help me feel better.
I eat pretty well in the day time but hubby is putting his weight back on and I am joining him in the snacks he brings into the TV room.
I have my computer in there now ...
I have to depend on myself today.

    I keep miss placing my pedometer! I'm going to track it down this week so I can join you and see how many steps I actually take in a day.

    I'm a big snacker in front of the tv too.... For me, I always do better if I have vegies and healthier snacks prepared. Right now I have a tupperware bowl filled w/cut up cantelope & low fat string cheese & apples in the tv room fridge.

    10,000 steps is a lot of steps! I try to walk 5,000 steps and that is hard to do most days. Hope you get the snack thing under control:) emoticon

    Tell him to stop bring the snacks into the house and that you will toss them out if he brings them into the house. Then follow through and toss the stuff. He will eventually get the message.
