Yesterday was a bad food day. We ate out twice and I really wasn't concerned. Good thing most days aren't like that, I'd be back to my old self in no time! This morning I'm making an effort and already have 4 cups of water downed and it isn't even 9am.
I am tired though. Yesterday we went house hunting and it wore me out! Not to mention the night before I was up with Anne. It happens rarely so I'm out of practice! Then I got in a good workout so sore muscles are adding to the tired. I still need to get my workout in today. I'm waiting for more energy to show up! Or at least more sun then the girls and I can walk to the playground. If I take the long way home it's a 2 mile walk. And since Anne usually rides with Ashley I get to push 50 pounds in the stroller!
I'm down 30 pounds! Yeah! The scale might have said a 2 pound loss but since it didn't move last week it's really still 1 pound a week, my goal! It's nice seeing 2 pounds, though! But I am happy I am staying on track.
While Eric was away I lost 5 pounds :-) I didn't let being alone take over or become an excuse. I put in the work making choices. Yes, I did make some poor choices, but not as the rule, as the exception. Progress feels wonderful! It looks pretty good too!!!
Yesterday I wore a shirt that has been tight in the upper arms so it's sat in my closet. Granted, it was sitting in the garage before the closet since it wouldn't fit over the belly! I fixed that then was just waiting for the arms to shrink a bit. Glad they finally did. I even got out my summer shorts and though the waist on some still fit slightly snug, the rest fits good! Some I haven't worn in a few years since they barely (or didn't) fit over my hips and butt!
Time to go sit with the girls. It's stormy out right now so I am contemplating shoe shopping at Kohls, then hopefully the playground this afternoon. Either way, they both want mom right now!
