All in all,I had a successful holiday weekend. I did not put on any weight (which was my goal) and squeezed in a 30 mile bike ride (my body complained but got over it pretty quickly).
My June goal is to get back to my goal weight in three weeks. I should be able to handle a pound a week. I plan to watch what I eat very carefully and continue to exercise daily. Swimsuit season is upon us and I plan to wear my suit, with no regrets.
We can do this together. What are your June goals?
