Successful challenge

All in all,I had a successful holiday weekend. I did not put on any weight (which was my goal) and squeezed in a 30 mile bike ride (my body complained but got over it pretty quickly).

My June goal is to get back to my goal weight in three weeks. I should be able to handle a pound a week. I plan to watch what I eat very carefully and continue to exercise daily. Swimsuit season is upon us and I plan to wear my suit, with no regrets.

We can do this together. What are your June goals?

    A emoticon weekend no weight gain and a great bike ride it sounds perfect to me. My goal is to lose a pound a week in June. emoticon

    My June goals are on my spark page intro, come visit. Priority: stop eating 3 hours before bedtime. That's a toughy for me, because I finally have time to eat after all go to bed, and time to think, relax, and work.

    emoticon My June goal is to lose 4 lbs, and strength train at least 3 times a week. I would like to get outside for a bike ride one weekend, too. We can do this!

    Those are awesome goals. I too want to wear a swimsuit. In 2 weeks we are going on vacation, so I too will be watching what I eat and working out. I have my workout schedule planned and with me at all times to remind me what I am going to do when I hit the gym. I squeeze in a few band exercises at my desk in the morning and afternoon.

    Great job on maintaing over the holiday weekend and look at you go ~ 30 mile biking!! Totally awesome! I think I met all my May goals (measurements tonight; May's not over yet LOL) except still have not lost those last couple of pounds grrrr; they just don't want to go sooo onto June and be gone extra pounds!! We can do it!

    I also have a lot of trouble with holiday's (even weekends). Congratulations for keeping it off!

My June goal is to continue to lose wt. A little at a time.

I start 2 months off work in July, so that will be a huge challenge for me :)
