Devil donuts part 2

So after I wrote my very first blog entry today I decided that the chocolate donut wasn't the end of the world. I got dressed, grabbed my umbrella and headed out the door. I walked to work and when I got there I felt energized and it set the pace for the rest of the day. I took the stairs when I had to go somewhere, and I walked home too. I walked a total of 3 miles today! The decision to walk to work led to me deciding on eggs and oatmeal for breakfast (and not the instant kind!), and I even put down dessert at lunch. I drank my 64 oz of water! I feel good about taking these small steps and I have to remember to think...think about the food I'm about to eat, think about the decisions I make, and think about the consequences. Then I'll remember how good it feels to be good to myself.
