The time is NOW to overcome Emotional Eating

I am in the middle of high stress. My parents are coming to visit. Yes this is a good thing.. but also a HIGHLY STRESSFUL THING. And I have been battling stress eating. BUT... for 2 days I have held to my range and NOT eaten extra. I HAVE chewed a LOT OF GUM. lol I have drank a LOT OF WATER. And I have prayed a LOT.
So now.. without the challenge tomorrow I challenge MYSELF to continue my trend of overcoming emotional eating. :)
