Went to the gym this morning and did cardio and weights. Then came home and had a great, healthy lunch.
This weekend wasn't spectacular, but I am past it and ready to move on. I am feeling hopeful...I have the whole week ahead of me. I am planning on eating healthy and getting lots of exercise. The weather is finally nice enough to be outside to be out and I can't wait to get out there!
My plans this week are to:
Ride my bike at least once!
Get out and walk!!!
Track my food everyday!
Hopefully, I can handle all of this!
