No fair! Why can't I seem to lose this last 2 lbs?! Maybe this is a plateau. This is so frustrating. The week seems to go ok but then on the weekends I start gaining! I work weekends and I'm on my feet all day even though I'm not exercising. The only thing I can think of is that I'm up later, which makes me eat more. But I don't eat bad things and I walk a lot! Grrrr. I guess I'll just keep doing what I'm doing and hope for a break through.

I just picked up The Spark book at Barnes and Nobles this weekend and I'm reading the part about how our bodies will suddenly reach an exercise breakthrough and everything will just start to flow and build on itself. I'm hoping that will happen soon...

To end on a positive note- it's my 1st day off in 3 months! Yay!! My next day off will be September 5th and I'm thinking about taking that whole weekend off and reserving a camp site on the beach for me and some friends! A little mini-vaca! It will be so great! And it will be great motivation to get into good bikini body shape! I love summer!!
