So i am starting day one of turbo fire this evening. I will take photos of before and after and post them. I am looking forward to completing the 20 weeks and cant wait to see the result. I'm so excited.

07/14 Why is this so hard to stick to. Once again i stared over on monday. I need this is the end of my procrastination. I'm starting this weight lost journey over and plan to reach my goal this time and keep it off. I will do weekly check in on Sundays. So see you on sunday.
07/19 Sorry that i didnt check in on Sunday. I did weight in that morning and I lost 2lbs that week. Yah!!! I am excited to be exercising again. Can't wait for Sunday. I'm thinking my problems was not excersing because i really dont eat that bad. So we will see soon.
07/31/2011 ok so i'm finishing up with week 3. There has been workouts that i have missed. I weighted myself this mornign and i gain 2lb but i lost inches and i can see it. So right now i am not going to follow the scale. I have lost
waist 1 & 1/2 in
hip 1 in
thigh 1 in
calf 1 in
08/03/2011 I started the old points ww yesterday. I can't afford to pay for meetings so I'm doing it on my own for right now. Can't wait to weight in next week
