R.E.V.O.L.U.T.I.O.N. 100 Day Challenge - Day 1 and 2

Day 1, 29.05.2011
I have decided to join a few Challenges this summer to help me accomplish my goal of reaching final goal weight by the end of summer. One of these challenges is the R.E.V.O.L.U.T.I.O.N. 100 Day Challenge. Here are the first 2 day's goals.

Day 1, 29.05.2011
Weigh in: 190 lbs and pantry and refrigerator cleaned. emoticon

Day 2, 30.05.2011
Reasons you have given up before. emoticon

On of the many reasons I would fail in the past is I would get on track and then if something came along and I had to miss, I would get frustrated in myself so I would just stop. Such a dumb thing because I wouldn't focus on the accomplishments just the failures.I have also many times tried to loose weight for other people. I wanted my husband to pay attention to me or to try and be skinnier than other people I knew. I wasn't looking within myself and seeing what I wanted.

    you're going to own it this time!! this is the first step!! you got this girl!!! i had the exact same revelations! LOL and i've lost 5lbs since!! it's amazing what you can accomplish by loving yourself and being happy (yet wanting to improve)!!

    I can relate. It never seems to work for me if I don't do it for me and force myself to be accountable while focusing on the positive. An awesome realization that is bound to help you get to your goals even quicker.

    So please FOCUS and ask urself "WHY AM I losing weight?" and for FOR YOURSELF ask "What are MY BENEFITS for ME?" "What will I GET from this?" "What am I LOOKING FOR?" The answers may AMAZE you, may SCARE you, may hopefully EXCITE you to go so FOREWARD you will NOT be able to STOP again. Now once you DECIDE to GO FORWARD with a GOAL In mind, PLEASE write this down,,,, or do a collage with a few pics of where it is you WANT to go ,,, to be like,,,and put that where you can SEE it as a DAILY reminder. Its a WIN/WIN.
