I'm so excited! Last night I ran a 5k (3.1 miles) in 29:45! I've been wanting to accomplish this since I started working out almost a year ago. Now I just want to keep it consistent. I had a great workout last night, I LOVE those nights. I've had too many "eh" workouts lately, and was losing motivation.
This certainly helped improve my outlook!
