Strengh Training II/ world

Well, here I am again! I went back to the gym on Tuesday and increased my weights and man did I feel it. I was still sore two days later, and as a result I took a long break from strength training to let my body heal. And I olny sorta kept up with my cardio and I did not track at all, my boyfriend was down and with him here I don't track and I will admit that I spend most of my time with him and we lazy around watching movies and cleaned up my house a bit and made pies which are mow in my freezer.
I am going back to the gym today and although I am not sure what I am going to be doing I know that I am going. I have to go twice a week to keep my membership! I went Tuesday and I have to go today.
