As I said I would do yesterday, I have updated my ticker. My goal weight for right now is to get to 299 so that means lose 54.2lbs. It's a smaller number to focus on. Later when DH gets home from work, I will ask him to do measurements and pics that I will post in tomorrow's blog.
One of our challenges on A&I for this week is to list a trigger food. You get points for each day you avoid the trigger food and you subtract points for each time you've consumed it. I listed
I didn't actually read about it until Wednesday night but I have been ice cream free for 2 days. I think this is a good start for me. One
